Couples Counselling Fees & Insurance

Our couples counselling sessions start at $175 for 50–60 minutes. We accept various payment methods and encourage you to check with your extended health benefits for coverage, as many plans reimburse for relationship therapy and couples counselling. We are happy to provide a receipt to support your claim.

Yes, most extended health benefit plans in Canada cover counselling services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). Since coverage amounts and eligibility vary by provider, we recommend confirming your specific mental health benefits before booking. We are happy to provide a receipt to support your insurance claim.

We accept e-transfers, credit cards, and cash. Payment is due before the session via transfer to your therapists email or at the end of each session. We provide a detailed receipt for your insurance claims within 14 days of the session.

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee. We understand life happens and are happy to discuss emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

Our standard fee for couples therapy is $175 per 50–60 minute session. While we generally do not offer sliding scale fees. If cost is a barrier, we are happy to provide a list of community resources and low-cost counselling options in British Columbia.
