Session fees vary by therapist and service type, typically ranging from $140 to $175 per 50-60 minute session. Couples session can be 75-90 minutes and are priced proportionally. We provide receipts for insurance reimbursement.

No. Your sessions are strictly confidential. While we collaborate as a team to ensure high-quality care, your specific details are only shared with your therapist unless you provide written consent. We adhere to the highest privacy standards under BC law.

Our team provides scheduled therapy services only. We do not provide emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Please share these concerns during your scheduled appointment and we can discuss safety planning.

Yes. Every session includes a detailed receipt with your therapist's RCC credentials and license number, which is accepted by most extended health benefit plans in Canada. Please check with your insurance provider before booking a session to ensure coverage.

A: We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. We understand that emergencies happen, so please connect with us via email or text as soon as possible to discuss.
